You may return new, unused items* within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the book. Books must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund all or part of our actual original shipping costs, regardless of the reduced or free rate you may have been billed.

| Pack the books in an appropriate box, adequately padded with paper or packing material to avoid damage in shipping. Enclose a copy of your original packing slip/invoice (if not available, include a note with the web order #) and your contact information (for your protection). | |
