Praise
“As the frequency and intensity of modern psychopathology soars, so has the West’s humble and broad-minded interest in foreign solutions. But researchers remain frustrated at their inability to crack the code of the Jewish oral tradition. In this way, the present contribution is a watershed moment for modern psychology.”

This is a great little book! I really enjoyed this. I started to add those little sticky flags (whatever you call those things) to mark pages I wanted to refer back and/or share and found myself wanting to mark many, many pages. I truly learned something on every page. I want to share some sections with someone who could benefit from particular ideas, and hope it helps said person.

Really professional, AND combined with our jewish poskim way, really recommended.

The Torah has psychological lessons for us, and this book shows the parallels between those and modern psychology. Not only is this fascinating, but the insights are helpful, especially in these difficult times.
I also suggest following Rabbi Saul Haimoff, PsyD on Facebook for weekly psychological insights on the parsha (weekly Torah portion)
