    This book is a life – changer. In a gentle and inviting manner, Dr. Feiner introduces the reader to mindfulness and its application to developing oneself. This book guides the reader on how to experience daily life in a thoughtful way while enriching our relationships with others and Hashem. Each chapter ends with practical and functional exercises.

    I read this book twice. The second time very slowly. There is much good content to upgrading life!

    Mastering each moment by slowing down and appreciating the gift of life and all the details brings a person to more joyful state.

    By appreciating life, the small things as well as the big, a person begins to realize G-D created this world and all the beauty for us to enjoy!

    By slowing down and becoming present, awake and aware a person experiences life on a different level and dimension.

    Each moment becomes a gift to treasure. Each interaction and step on the journey helps a person have deeper hakaras hatov to Hashem and people around.

    Noticing, colors, sounds, a paper cup, a tissue etc. We stop taking people and things for granted and graditude begins to grow.

    Joy is only found in the NOW in the moment!

    Reaching joy only comes from appreciation and gratitude towards Hashem!

    This book was very helpful in getting grounded and appreciating each step and moment of life!!
