Judaism is a very romantic faith. The notion of love features strongly in the Torah, in prayer, and in Jewish observance. King Solomon’s famous account of the love between man and woman in The Song of Songs (Shir HaShirim) is, on one hand, an allegorical account of the relationship between G-d and His people; it is also a potent and compelling portrait of the meaning of love.

The modern Western world has twisted the notion of love, misrepresented the ideal of intimacy, and ignored the centrality of spirituality. In doing so, it has compromised the true meaning and depth of the marriage relationship.

Spirituality and Intimacy destroys the myths that destroy relationships. Written by an experienced counselor and a public speaker of note, this unique book teaches the classic Jewish outlook on this sensitive, yet beautiful and important topic, bringing spirituality into daily married life. This much-needed work breathes new life into marriage, and brings healthy and holy joy into the deepest relationship we have.
