About The Author

Rebbetzin Leah Kohn is the director of the Jewish Renaissance Center, a unique outreach organization devoted exclusively to Jewish women. She is also the founder of HaKivun, a curriculum-building and teacher-training program for high schools that addresses the challenges today’s students face. A tenth-generation Jerusalemite, she was trained as an educator in her native Israel, where she taught and worked as a principal. With over forty years of experience lecturing nationally and internationally, Rebbetzin Kohn has touched thousands of Jewish lives, and her unique blend of wisdom, character, sensitivity, and depth of understanding continues to leave an indelible mark on everyone she encounters. Rebbetzin Kohn resides in Brooklyn with her husband, Rabbi Chaim Kohn, the dean of Business Halacha Institute.
