Rabbi Lebhar is currently Rosh Kollel at the LINK Kollel in Los Angeles and hails from prestigious yeshivot in Eretz Yisrael and America. In 2015, Rabbi Lebhar founded Machon Magen Avot, an organization focused on publishing sefarim authored by the hachamim of Morocco, as well as contemporary sefarim that promote their Torah and minhagim. Rabbi Lebhar is well-known for publishing three volumes of Moroccan halachah called Magen Avot. These books have been instrumental in starting a renaissance in Israel and abroad in rejuvenating the knowledge of Moroccan halachah and minhag.
